Meet the Instructors

As the only PADI 5* IDC Resort on Bocas Del Toro, Bocas Dive Center has the highest trained staff in the region. The team for the IDC can change, but will include:

Kelly Paterson / IDC Master Instructor

Kelly brings more than a decade of diving experience to her teaching. She became a professional dive instructor a few years ago and teaches up to Assistant Instructor level when she is supporting the Instructor Development Course program.

Leando Mora / IDC Staff Instructor

A Panamanian Instructor, Leandro fell in love with the ocean the second he learned what was going on under the surface. He has been diving and teaching for over 12 years and has certified over 1,300 students. Leandro teaches in both Spanish and English.
