Meet our Divemaster Instructors

At Bocas Dive Center we have a great team of international instructors. Their experience from diving around the world ensures that you are learning from the best.

Leandro Mora, Staff Instructor

A Panamanian Instructor, Leandro fell in love with the ocean the second he learned what was going on under the surface. He has been diving and teaching for over 14 years and has certified over 1,300 students. Leandro teaches in both Spanish and English.

Kelly Paterson / Master Instructor

Born in Scotland, Kelly has dived all over the world from the cold waters of the UK, to Bali and Australia. She fell in love with diving in Thailand and followed the path to becoming a dive professional by training in the Red Sea, Iceland, Philippines and Mozambique. She then left her corporate world to work in Belize and Honduras, before arriving in Panama. Kelly also teaches a number of specialties including Self-reliant Diver, Wreck, Underwater Navigation and Night Diver. Kelly teaches in English.
