Frneediving is about inward power, discipline and control. Taking the PADI Freediver course is a great way to explore beneath the surface - without bubbles!!
This is an intense course aiming to improve your freediving skills, in this course you will practice static apnea, exhale diving and deep diving. You will learn to dive down to 30 metres using advanced freediving techniques.
A one day clinic after completing Freediving level 1. STATIC is also the first day of the Advanced Freediver Course. You will learn new and improved breathing techniques suitable for Static and dry training. This is a course for divers who want to realise the true potential of the human body, and the power of the mind in pushing physical boundaries.
On the line or on the Reef. This is your chance to practice all that you have learned in your freediving course while exploring the ocean. A fun dive on the reef includes the visit of 2 dive sites, can be on the reef on the locals wrecks. You can see lots of fishes, colourful corals, starfish, stingray, sea horses and if you are very lucky dolphins!
If you want to improve your technique, work on a particular skill or increase your depth, come and get a coaching session with us! Dive under the watchful eye of an experienced instructor who will design a training plan with you, follow you during your dives to spot and correct your mistakes, and give you feedback and advice. The instructor will also provide you with safety so you can just focus on yourself.
Surfing is one of the World’s most demanding activities. Bocas del Toro is a known place by surfers to go surfing. The warm, crystal blue water and the ambiance of the Caribbean Sea can be enjoyed by any surfers.
