The islands of the Bocas Del Toro region offer a huge array of opportunities.

Foodies will marvel at the array of options available for such a small island. For those interested in the stories behind the food there are walking tours to various farms, including a number of local chocolate farms. There are also opportunities to learn to cook on the island using natural and locally sourced, fresh produce.
And for those who are looking to relax, there are an abundance of beaches, where you can enjoy the cooling breeze through the shady palm trees, or relax in hammocks or beds hanging over the turquoise waters of the warm Caribbean Sea.
