Agency Cancellation, Policy & Terms
-
All reservations made are non-refundable under any circumstances. We recommend that you carefully review your itinerary before confirming your activity.
-
Date and time changes are only allowed up to 15 days before the scheduled time of the activity. Changes outside this period will not be accepted.
To request a change outside the established deadline (15 days), the agency must present a valid medical certificate of the client, issued by a licensed physician. The certificate must include the client’s full name, identification, physician’s license number, and stamp, and must indicate that he/she is unable to participate in the activity on the reserved date.
-
In the event that the conditions stated in item #2 are met, reservations have a limited time of use. The agency has until December 31st of the current year to use the amount established in the initial reservation. After this period, the reservation is considered expired.
-
Diving activities are available even on rainy days, as long as sea conditions allow it and do not represent a risk to participant safety. Bad weather (rain or cloudy conditions) is not a valid reason to reschedule or cancel the activity.
-
The agency is responsible for ensuring that clients arrive on time and are prepared with all necessary requirements, including valid dive certifications, completed eLearning materials, and approved medical forms.
Furthermore, the agency is responsible for informing the client of our cancellation policies and terms. In the event that a client arrives without the necessary requirements, they will not be permitted to participate in the reserved activity and will forfeit the full amount of the reservation.
