EMERGENCY FIRST RESPONSE
Learn how to deal with life threatening injuries (Primary Care), CPR, and how to provide essential first aid treatment (Secondary Care). Act decisively in an emergency and potentially save someone's life.
* EFR certification is a requirement for Rescue Divers and Professional Divers.

CREATING CONFIDENCE TO CARE
Primary Care
A non-diving course with teaches you how to deal with life-threatening situations. Learn how to give CPR (Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation), how to deal with serious bleeding, spinal injuries and shock. You may also learn how to use an AED (Automatic External Defibrillator). You will have the confidence and skillset to act decisively in an emergency situation.
Secondary Care
Building on your Primary Care skills, Secondary Care covers essential first aid treatment in situations where professional medical attention is delayed. You will learn how to assess and treat minor injuries and illnesses including wounds, burns, choking and medical problems.
Care for Children
Tailored specifically to providing treatment to children, infants and babies, Care for Children teaches you how to act appropriately whenever a child or baby finds themselves in an emergency situation.
